The Challenges

When SIARR first came to us, they were stuck at modest monthly revenue. Not terrible, but not exactly setting the world on fire either.

Performance Max Restructure

Instead of running broad, unfocused campaigns, we segmented everything by product type and customer intent. Created dedicated campaigns for different product lines, each with its own budget, targeting, and optimisation goals.

The key was avoiding brand cannibalisation so that our ad spend actually went towards acquiring new customers. We used feed-only setups and added brand exclusions to stop campaigns from bidding against each other.

Audience Segmentation

Built out proper customer acquisition campaigns that actually targeted new people instead of serving ads to the same loyal customers over and over. Used search themes and in-market audiences to find people who didn't know SIARR existed yet.

Seasonal Preparation

Started preparing for Black Friday months in advance. Built up audience data, tested creative approaches, and created campaigns that could handle massive traffic spikes without falling over the next day.
